April 2019 : FTHP :93psi FLP=58psi 

Design Consideration 

Jetting Nozzle 

Coil Tubing to reach TD – Circa Simulation 

Injector to provide the required pulling capacity as per simulations- TFA Analysis 

Acid Strength – 15%HCL Acid System 

Chart Explanation 

• RIH CT & Performed weight checks for every 305m gained. 
• CT TAG HUD @ 3309m. (Suspected to be an XO from 41/2” Tubing to 31/2” ) 
• Pumped 10bbl of 10% HCL acid to Pickle Production Tubing and displaced acid with 184bbl of 2% KCL brine 
• Closet CT/Tubing annulus & performed injectivity Test. 
• Acid Treatment with 15% HCL Acid Recipe @ 0.8bpm 
• Commenced Nitrogen Lift Operation @ 2000m 
• CT park @ 1800 jetting nitrogen with returns of brine and spent acid received on surface  
• CT on surface; WHP=1365psi. With crude oil returns on surface. 

Conclusion 

• Job was performed successfully with no incident and as per program 
• Lined up well to flow station with FTHP=1150psi and FLP= 159psi on a choke of 16/64
