Integrated Well Construction

At HRS, we view well construction not as an isolated drilling task, but as a fully integrated project that defines the foundation of field performance and long-term asset value. Our approach to Integrated Well Construction merges project management, Engineering specialist and operational efficiency to ensure each well is delivered safely, on time, and in alignment with its production goals.

We work collaboratively with our clients from the earliest stages of concept selection through to final handover. By consolidating the planning, engineering, logistics, supervision, and third-party coordination under a single operational framework, we reduce inefficiencies, lower risk, and enhance well integrity.

From land to swamp terrains, we apply rigorous design standards, data-driven practices, and proven execution workflows tailored to local and technical challenges. Our Integrated Well Construction offering includes:

• Rig Services

We currently own a 2,000 HP land drilling rig, which is scheduled to be mobilised into the country before the end of Q2 2026. In addition to our owned assets, we maintain priority partnerships with established drilling contractors, including Matpatson Petroleum, providing us with immediate access to in-country drilling rigs as required. Through these partnerships, we have secured access to a fleet of modern AC/VFD 2,000 HP land drilling rigs currently operating in-country. Several of these assets were manufactured within the last five years and meet current operational and safety standards.

It is also noteworthy that the OEMs for these rigs are in the process of establishing maintenance and support facilities in-country. This ensures the rigs remain in top-tier operating condition, guarantees seamless access to critical spares, and significantly reduces non-productive time and operational downtime.
