Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure our clients, technical partner and Hydroserve needs are met. He/She will liaise regularly  with Drilling Engineers, production Engineers and some senior managers.

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our services
  • Travelling to visit potential clients if need be.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with Clients
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Offering after-sales support services by attending to client concerns.
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analysing  costs and sales, and  handing over the proper  packaging and documentation of our invoices and tickets to the client for prompt payment to accounts.
  • Preparing reports for Business Development Manager
  • Meeting with the Busines Development Manager on regular sales targets for the month
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Solving client problems

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong understanding in the Oil & Gas sector mainly in this region
  • Degree holder in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering

 

Language skills:

Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking)
